Throughout the Month of Performance Art, Grimmuseum presents the ‘Performance Art Window’ – every evening during May there will be screenings of performance art video documentation on the gallery window, allowing neighbours and people on the street to enjoy a special selection of performance work. The video programme is selected by Christopher Hewitt and most of the videos will be taken from his liveartwork DVD publication.
The programme will include work by artists such as Julie Andree T., Jamie McMurry, Roi Vaara, Boris Nieslony, Black Market International, Baktruppen, Gary Stevens, Esther Ferrer, Carlos Llavata, Kurt Johannessen, Robin Deacon and many more.
The screenings will start at 20:00 and last about two hours each night.
